Cop Comforts 2 Frightened Abandoned Pit Bulls At Dawn. The Story Behind? Compassion At Its Best!

It was a no ordinary day that day at dawn for officer Patrick Hennessey as he drove to work in Orange County, FL.
He didn’t expect to see these  two pit bulls on the side of the road trying to comfort each other. The other pit bull was bleeding.
The kind policeman Hennessey called some back up police and Deputy Reed and Deputy Boggs from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office arrived to help.

The officer comforted the dogs because they seemed to have gone through a lot. The dogs trusted them and cuddled with the policeman. They really needed help. Thanks to these kindhearted officers who came to their rescue, they would not be too frightened anymore.

They brought the pit bulls to safety and out of the road. They were given by the officers all the comfort that they need.

Deputies Reed and Boggs accompanied the dogs until they were picked up by Orange County Animal Services.
They were taken to the local shelter where they were given all the love and care that they need.

People on the internet gave out their very nice messages and compliments seeing the pictures of the officers.

The girls were named Justice and Liberty. They’re sweet, lovable, and friendly and now waiting to be adopted in their forever homes.
